Green Treefrog

Since summer is upon us and the heat is getting unbearable. I've shifted to photographing animals at night. I will go out with spotlights and look for nocturnal animals. A few nights back while photographing stars I discovered a few green treefrogs. A lot of people call them rain frogs because they can be heard calling before, during & after it rains. They typically live in wet, damp areas, close to creeks, swamps & marshes.

They mostly eat small insects. Their breeding season can last from April to September. Males will gather in large groups and call out to females.
